Eligibility
GrowTube is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly allow children or individuals under the age of 18 to create an account or use our services. If we discover that an account belongs to someone under the minimum age, the account may be suspended or permanently removed.
Information We Collect
To provide our services, improve the application, and maintain platform security, GrowTube collects only the information necessary for operating the platform.

Account Information
Creating a GrowTube account allows you to access community features, AI tools, referrals, subscriptions, rewards and task management.
Your password is never stored in plain text. Passwords are securely hashed using modern encryption practices before being stored on our servers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed using your account.
Profile Information
You may personalize your profile by providing information such as:
- Profile picture
- YouTube channel username
- Channel category
- Channel language
- Preferred content type
Profile pictures uploaded by users are securely stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure to improve performance and reliability.
Technical & Device Information
GrowTube automatically collects limited technical information required to operate the application securely.

This information helps us improve stability, diagnose issues, prevent abuse and optimize the user experience.
Permissions Used by GrowTube
GrowTube requests only the permissions necessary to provide its features.
Used to upload screenshots for completed tasks, support requests, and conversations with our support team.
Used to download and install application updates directly within the app.
Used to deliver important updates, task notifications, account alerts and other service-related messages.
Used only when you choose to copy items such as referral codes, verification codes or other text.
Required to communicate securely with GrowTube servers and access online services.
User Content
Users may upload screenshots, text messages and other content while using GrowTube.
Task verification screenshots are generally retained for up to three months before being permanently deleted, unless they are required for fraud investigations or dispute resolution.
Support-related attachments may be retained for as long as necessary to resolve your request.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features
GrowTube offers AI-powered tools that assist with generating SEO titles, descriptions, hashtags, keywords and other creator-focused content.
When using these features, the prompts you submit are securely transmitted to a trusted third-party AI service solely to generate the requested response.
AI conversation history is stored locally on your own device and is removed if you sign out or clear the application's data.
GrowTube does not use your AI prompts to train artificial intelligence models.
How We Use Your Information
GrowTube uses the information we collect only for legitimate business purposes necessary to operate, improve, and secure our services.
Your information may be used to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Verify your identity and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Deliver AI-powered features and personalized recommendations.
- Process subscriptions, rewards, referrals, and affiliate earnings.

Cryptocurrency Payments
GrowTube currently accepts subscription payments through supported cryptocurrency platforms.
Payments are completed outside the GrowTube application. After completing a payment, users submit the transaction reference inside the app for manual verification by our team.
GrowTube does not have access to your cryptocurrency account, exchange account, wallet credentials, or private keys.
For payment verification, we may store:
- Transaction ID
- Payment amount
- Payment status
If you request an affiliate payout, we will also store the wallet address you voluntarily provide solely for processing your withdrawal.
Referral Program
Each GrowTube account receives a unique referral code that can be shared with other users.
Referral information is used to determine eligibility for referral rewards, detect abuse, and calculate commissions.
We may retain referral records after account deletion where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Affiliate Earnings
Users participating in the GrowTube Affiliate Program may earn commissions for eligible referrals.
We maintain records of affiliate earnings, withdrawals, and payment history to ensure accurate accounting and fraud prevention.
Tasks & Verification
To verify completed tasks, users may be required to submit screenshots or other supporting information.
These submissions are used exclusively for task verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and quality assurance.
Notifications & Emails
GrowTube may send notifications or emails regarding:
- Task updates
- Appeals
- Account security
- Subscription status

We do not send excessive promotional messages, and you may disable push notifications through your device settings.
Analytics & Crash Reporting
GrowTube uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to better understand application performance, diagnose crashes, and improve user experience.
These services collect anonymous diagnostic information and technical data that help us improve reliability and identify software issues.

GrowTube uses App Check and Play Integrity technologies to help protect our platform from abuse, fraud, automated attacks, rooted devices, emulators, and other potentially compromised environments.
Devices that fail security verification may have limited access to certain GrowTube features or may be prevented from using the application.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.

Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your GrowTube account at any time by contacting our support team.
Once your deletion request has been approved, your account information, profile, uploaded images, and other personal data will be permanently removed within approximately seven (7) days.
Certain financial information, including referral records, wallet transactions, and payment history, may remain stored where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution.
