Introduction

By accessing or using GrowTube, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies published within the platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use GrowTube.

GrowTube may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use GrowTube. GrowTube is currently available internationally unless otherwise restricted by applicable laws or future platform policies.

We do not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to create an account or use our services. If we determine that an account belongs to someone under the minimum required age, we may suspend or permanently terminate the account without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is considered ineligible for any reason.

Account Registration

Creating a GrowTube account is quick and simple. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

Creating multiple fake accounts for spam, abuse, manipulation, or to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

User Responsibilities

All users must follow GrowTube's Community Guidelines and interact respectfully with other members of the platform.

You are solely responsible for all activities performed through your account. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account with others. Any actions taken using your account will be considered your responsibility.

Community Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited within the GrowTube community:

• Spam, fake engagement, or fake activity.
• Creating fake or misleading accounts.
• Promoting, uploading, or distributing adult content.
• Promoting or engaging in illegal activities.
• Sharing misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.

Violations of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the severity of the violation.

Tasks & Rewards

To receive a reward, you must provide valid proof that the task has been completed. Unless otherwise specified, this proof must include a screenshot or other evidence requested by the campaign owner. Rewards are granted only after the campaign owner reviews and approves your submission.

Submitting fake screenshots, manipulated evidence, automated submissions, spam, or any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account. If your submission is rejected and you believe the decision was made in error, you may open a dispute. Our team will review the evidence submitted by both parties before making a final decision.

Campaign owners are expected to review submissions fairly and honestly. Repeatedly rejecting valid submissions without legitimate reasons, abusing the review system, or attempting to avoid paying rewards may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.

GrowTube reserves the right to modify reward values, requirements, or eligibility at any time.

Virtual Currency

GrowTube offers virtual rewards including Coins, Tickets, Experience Points (XP), Levels, Daily Streaks, and Pro Streaks.

These virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money unless explicitly stated as part of the official GrowTube Affiliate Program or another authorized program.

Subscription Plans

GrowTube currently offers three subscription plans. Features and benefits for each plan are available within the Manage Plan section of your profile. Payments are currently accepted using supported cryptocurrency and digital wallet providers.

Subscriptions are manual. GrowTube does not automatically charge or renew your subscription. You are responsible for initiating each payment when renewing your membership.

If you accidentally send an incorrect payment amount, GrowTube may refund any verified overpayment after confirming the transaction.

Payments

GrowTube currently accepts payments through Binance and RedotPay.

After selecting an item or subscription, choose your preferred payment method. RedotPay users complete payments by scanning the provided QR code, and Binance users are redirected to complete payment through the Binance application.

After payment, you may be asked to provide your Payment Order ID, Account ID or Username, or any additional verification info. Payments are reviewed manually and confirmed as soon as reasonably possible. Payments that cannot be verified or are unsuccessful will be cancelled.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are manually reviewed to protect the integrity of the platform. Our team will review your account activity, reward history, and compliance with these Terms before approving a withdrawal.

Processing typically takes 1–4 business days. Currently, there is no minimum withdrawal amount. Eligible users may request withdrawal of any available balance.

Fraudulent activity, abuse of the reward system, or violations of these Terms may result in withdrawal denial, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

AI Services

Certain AI-powered features are available exclusively to eligible subscribers. GrowTube AI is designed to assist users in generating SEO-friendly content and other supported content generation services.

Some AI features require AI Credits. Credit usage, limits, and availability may change at any time. AI-generated content is provided for assistance purposes only; users remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any AI-generated output.

User Content

Users are responsible for all content uploaded to GrowTube. Profile pictures and uploaded images must be appropriate for a public community.

The following content is prohibited:

• Nudity or pornographic content
• Drug-related imagery
• Illegal content
• Graphic violence
• Offensive or hateful material

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

Intellectual Property

All GrowTube software, source code, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, databases, text, features, and other platform content are owned by GrowTube or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of GrowTube without prior written permission.

Prohibited Activities

The following technical and platform activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated bots or scripts
• Creating excessive or abusive multiple accounts
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing GrowTube accounts
• Exploiting or abusing APIs
• Uploading fake content or fraudulent submissions
• Attempting to manipulate rewards or rankings
• Circumventing platform security measures

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

Account Verification & Safety

Certain features may require email verification.

GrowTube reserves the right to request additional verification if necessary to protect user accounts, maintain platform integrity, or prevent fraud.

Suspension & Appeals

If your account is suspended, access to GrowTube services may be restricted.

You may submit an appeal explaining the circumstances of the suspension. Our administrators will review your appeal and determine whether restrictions should be removed, reduced, or made permanent. Submitting false or misleading information during an appeal may result in permanent account termination.

Reporting Violations

Users may report tasks, campaigns, or other users by selecting the three-dot menu and choosing Report.

Please provide an accurate reason and any supporting evidence when submitting a report. False or abusive reports may themselves violate these Terms.

Responsibility Disclaimer

Each user is solely responsible for their account, actions, submitted content, and interactions with other users.

GrowTube is not responsible for misuse of the platform, unauthorized account access caused by user negligence, or losses resulting from violations of these Terms by other users.

Changes to the Service

GrowTube may introduce, modify, suspend, or permanently remove features at any time. Pricing, subscription benefits, reward systems, and platform functionality may change without prior notice.

These Terms and other platform policies may also be updated without prior notice. Continued use of GrowTube constitutes acceptance of any such updates.
